A credit is what you spend to publish a post. Most networks use 1 credit per successful post. X uses 8 credits for text and 90 credits for a post with a link. A multi-platform post uses credits for each platform it reaches. Failed sends are free.
Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credits you buy as a one-off pack never expire, so they're always there as a backup. When you post, your monthly credits are spent first.
X is not publicly connectable yet. Purchasing credits does not enable access. Once your connection access is enabled, text posts cost 8 credits and link posts cost 90 credits, with separate charges for thread parts, replies, media metadata and metered reads. We manage the connection with no developer keys required from you.
No. PostLake manages the platform connections for you on every plan, X included. You just connect your accounts and post. There's no developer-app setup on your side.
Yes. The Free plan gives you 20 credits a month for every network except X (which needs a paid plan or a credit pack), with unlimited connected accounts and full MCP access. No card required.
